AI WATERMARK GENERATOR
HOW DOES IT WORK?
AI generators use a Python library to embed an invisible watermark on the generated images. Since it's INSIDE the image, NOT on the image, it's invisible to the human eyes, but visible to the AI bots when scraping the internet for collecting images for their database/training.
This watermark is able to withstand multiple attacks (noise, brightness, overlay, mask).
The purpose of this watermark is for filtering out AI-generated images in the future to avoid them being used in training new AI models.
OUR WATERMARK GENERATOR
We created this watermark generator in order to protect our future artworks. AI-generated images preferably are avoided to be included in the dataset as well in AI training, because human-made images/photos are more beneficial for deep learning. This generator puts the exact same watermark that they use, thus it will create a shield against theft. If the AI bots come across our image while scraping online, they will recognize the watermark and mistake the image for another AI-generated image, and the artwork will not be usable because the watermarked image cannot be distinguished from AI-generated images.
This app runs on Windows, the Mac version comes soon too. It generates a watermark on the artwork and saves it with a _wm suffix.
